What is the call-out charge and what does it cover? The $120 call-out fee covers our travel to your property and the setup of all professional equipment. Your first standard room is always included in that call-out fee — so you’re never paying twice.

Premium is a full 10-step restoration process that includes pre-vacuuming, scrubbing, stain treatment, deodorising, sanitising, mould treatment and carpet protection shield — all included. It’s for anyone who wants the absolute best result.
Can I add extras to my Standard clean? Yes. You can add any combination of our four add-ons — pre-vacuum, deodorising & sanitising, carpet scrubbing and carpet protection shield. 1 add-on is $20 per room, 2 for $30, 3 for $35 and all 4 for $40 per room — the same price as upgrading to Premium, but without the mould treatment step.
Is it safe for kids and pets? Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable products that are completely safe for children and pets once the carpets are dry.
Can you remove pet stains and odours? Yes. For pet households we strongly recommend Premium — it includes specialist stain treatment, full deodorising and sanitising, and mould treatment which addresses odours at the source.

How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned? Standard every 6 to 12 months for most households. Premium once a year or every 6 months for pet owners, allergy sufferers and high-traffic areas.
