How long does carpet take to dry?
Most carpets are dry within 2 to 4 hours. We keep the moisture low during the clean itself, and before we leave we will tell you which windows and fans will get it dry fastest.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Every Melbourne suburb and the whole Mornington Peninsula, at the same rates. There is no travel surcharge for outer suburbs or the Peninsula.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, low-residue solutions that are safe once dry, which is usually two to four hours after we finish.
Can you get old stains and pet odours out?
In most cases, yes. We treat the stain and the odour separately, because odour usually sits in the underlay rather than the carpet pile. If a spill has permanently dyed or damaged the fibre, no cleaning method reverses that – and we will tell you on site rather than take the job and hope.
Do you do end of lease cleaning for a bond refund?
Yes. We clean to the standard agents expect and provide a written receipt for the final inspection on request. No cleaner can guarantee a bond outcome because that depends on the whole property, but the carpet side is documented and done properly.
Can I book more than one service in the same visit?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to do it. One call-out covers everything and the combined job is priced better than booking each service separately.
Do you offer same-day cleaning?
Same-day is available across most of Melbourne, subject to how the day is booked. We work seven days a week including weekends.
