Step 1 Fabric Assessment We inspect the fabric type, condition and any stains or problem areas before choosing the right cleaning approach for your specific upholstery.
Step 2 Pre-Treatment A gentle, eco-friendly pre-treatment solution is applied to break down surface oils, dirt and staining agents without damaging the fabric.
Step 3 Hot Water Extraction Using professional upholstery cleaning equipment, we deep clean the fabric using hot water extraction — lifting and removing dirt, allergens, bacteria and odour-causing residue from within the fibres.
Step 4 Spot Treatment Stubborn stains such as wine, coffee, ink or pet marks are treated individually with targeted solutions.
Step 5 Deodorising & Sanitising (if selected) A professional-grade anti-bacterial treatment and deodoriser is applied to every seat, killing bacteria and neutralising odours deep within the fabric.

What is the call-out charge? The $120 call-out fee covers our travel to your property and setup of professional equipment. Your first sofa seat is always included in that fee so you’re never paying for the call-out and the clean separately.
How is an armchair priced differently to a sofa seat? Armchairs have more surface area to clean than a single sofa seat — including the arms, sides and back — which is why they are priced at $60 compared to $40 per sofa seat.
What does the Deodorising & Sanitising add-on do? It applies a professional anti-bacterial treatment that kills bacteria, dust mites and allergens deep in the fabric, and a deodoriser that neutralises odours at the source rather than masking them. It’s $20 per seat and strongly recommended for pet owners and allergy sufferers.
How long until the furniture is dry? Most upholstery dries within 2 to 4 hours. We recommend keeping windows open and fans running to speed up drying.
Is it safe for kids and pets? Yes. All our cleaning products are eco-friendly, biodegradable and completely safe for children and pets once dry.
Can you remove pet hair and odours from sofas? Yes. We use specialist treatments for pet odours. For the best result against pet smells we recommend adding the Deodorising & Sanitising add-on.
Do you clean all fabric types? We clean most fabric and microfibre upholstery. We assess the fabric before starting to ensure we use the right method. Please contact us for delicate or specialty fabrics.
