When should I book the carpet clean before moving out?
Last, after the furniture is out and the rest of the property is cleaned. If the carpet is done earlier it gets walked over again while everything else is finished, which means paying twice. Tell us your inspection date when you book.
We are sharing. Can we split the payment?
Yes. We can invoice one person and let the others transfer their share, or take payment in parts on the day. With three or four names on a lease and everyone on different rosters it is the least painful way to handle it.
How much does carpet cleaning cost in Clayton?
