Yes. We are fully insured and we send our public liability certificate directly to building management in advance, in the format they ask for. Most Docklands towers want it on file before a contractor sets foot inside.

Can you reach high floors with your equipment?
Yes. Our equipment is portable and goes up in the lift rather than needing a hose run from street level, so the twenty-second floor is no different to the second.
How long does carpet take to dry in a sealed apartment?
Usually 2 to 4 hours. Towers are sealed buildings with limited natural airflow, so we deliberately use less water in the first place, and before we leave we will tell you how to set the apartment up to dry fastest.
