Can you clean carpets in a high-rise apartment?
Yes. We use portable extraction units that fit in a standard lift and through apartment doors, so we do not need a truck-mounted hose run from the street. We clean apartments on any floor across the CBD, Docklands and Southbank.
Do I need to book the service lift or a loading bay?
Tell us your building and we will arrange it. Most CBD towers require the service lift and loading dock to be booked in advance with building management or concierge, and we handle that as part of the job so the appointment is not wasted.
How long will my carpet take to dry in an apartment?
Usually two to four hours. We use low-moisture hot water extraction and air movers, which matters more in an apartment than a house because there is less airflow. You can walk on the carpet in socks straight away.
Do you clean city offices outside business hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend appointments are available for offices, co-working floors, retail and hospitality venues across the CBD so trading and staff are not disrupted.
Can you do an end of lease clean at short notice?
Often on the same day, subject to availability. City tenancy turnarounds are usually tight, so we prioritise them and supply a receipt you can give your agent or property manager for the bond.
